[Feature Request] Ignore friends watchlist

I have added multiple friends to my plex server. One of the friends has his own plex server and his own setup around that (sonarr, radarr, etc). I don't want to add his watchlisted items to my server since he already has them downloaded (and I have access).

I want to be able to ignore his watchlist.

This is a valid use case, however requires some groundwork to be able to tell who's requested what.

This is blocked by #106, so I won't be able to do this until that's done
