[Feature Request] Send watchlist items to Overseerr

It would be awesome if watchlistarr could push the watchlist items to Overseerr as requests instead of sending them straight to sonarr/radarr. Being able to tie in Overseerr's approval rules and notifications would be huge.

Bonus points if this could also allow multiple requests per watchlist item (ie, request in HD, request in 4k, optionally request to the anime instance, etc)

Bonus points for me if we could also tell Overseerr whose watchlist this was coming from so the request is made on behalf of that person.
