a remark with only space is not detected

Team's Response

We should allow interviewer to put 'space' remark because we assume that the whitespace is intentional by the user, maybe the user wants to add some empty lines to the report to indicate timing, or blocks or spaces, or paragraphs, etc.

We only disallow blank remarks because most of the time it is a 'mispressed' enter, but not for intentional whitespace.
