Describe the bug
Language swticher doesn't work in mobile display format on safari browser.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to my blog made with blowfish using either a mobile or movile view in the browser.
Click on the language switcher buttom (on the top)
See it doesn't switch the language

Expected behavior
Switch the language as it does in the desktop version

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: iOS
Browser safari
Version latest

Hugo & Blowfish versions
latest

Just tested blowfish page in safari mobile and it works.
