Author Picture / Avatar not showing on latest blowfish version

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set the author picture using blowfish-tool or manually in the languages.en.toml

Expected behavior
In all of the possible theme styles the picture should be visible in the appropriate spots.

Additional context
Encountered this among two seperate projects and am able to replicate this with a brand new site aswell.

Encountered the same problem. After working with git bisect, I found that [author] in languages.xx.toml has been moved to [params.author]. This solved my problem. Documents need to be updated.
