There will be a temporary "Already registered" message for assets in Draft folder during Dashboard upload

Task Deliverable:

User Story:

As a user, I want to see the accurate information on the platform so I won't be confused or receiving wrong information

Testing Case:

1. Using multi upload in Capture Dashboard to upload batch of photos
2. After updating the metadata and confirm, user will be navigated to "Draft" folder
3. User will seeing "Already registered" information and will feel confused.
4. After 2-3 seconds, the information will change into "pending", which is the actual information.

i'm looking at the current Capture Dashboard and it looks like this has already been taken care of.
