acceptance criteria:
If MetgenC is run with "validate" + file name
one file would be validated

-> @juliacollins create second issue for second part once first part is complete

acceptance criteria:
All files get validated as part of the full process

The CNM schema is part of https://github.com/podaac/cloud-notification-message-schema/tree/develop
