Allow operator to choose how many granules to run

Acceptance criteria:

Scenario:

Given: App installed, and multiple science files and ini files
When: Operator runs app with "process" subcommand and an argument that specifies number (n) of granules to run
Then: App sort files alphabetically and pick the first n files and print n file names (later ticket could specify log location)
