UMM-G document ongoing maintenance

As we've begun to assist the DPT and work through Project issues, I'm editing the UMM-G guidelines as necessary to keep them current while I learn of data/concept gaps to fill, questions, clarifications, etc. This work will very likely be ongoing possibly throughout, but at least in the early part of, this Project.
