Please kindly tag / create a new (DEVEL) release to build a current set of assets

Thanks @nshttpd for creating this great exporter!

There certainly will be fewer forks and generally more usage of this great tool, if there were current and simple to download binaries available. Not everybody needs / wants Docker images, and since the mikrotik-exporter is Golang it's actually a compact single binary already.

While the images on DockerHub seem to be in line with with the latest commits of this repo, the last bump on the release tag is from 2019, see https://github.com/nshttpd/mikrotik-exporter/releases/tag/1.0.12-DEVEL.

1. Would you kindly create another tag and compile a new set of assets?
2. While you are at this - maybe it's worth looking at

• Refactor image builds #67
• Use builder to build binary #97

both improving on the build process towards multi-stage build and smaller, more secure image.
