Connection refused.

I've received a Mikrotik CS305, with factory firmware 6.45.8
I tried install mikrotik-exporter.
user prometheus has api right.
api is enabled on port 8728.

I have :

Is 192.168.1.3 your router's IP address?

That seems like a quick file time wise. Is that the correct IP address for the router? If so are you running this from within a docker container and routing/egress out to that IP address is setup correctly?
