Project archival - call for developers

I've been maintaining Npgsql for a long time now: the ADO.NET provider, the Entity Framework Core provider and the Entity Framework 6.x provider.

As EF 6.x users have noticed, this provider has received very little attention recently - my time is limited and most of it goes into substantial development of the ADO.NET and EF Core providers. In addition, my EF6 knowledge is very limited compared to, say, Entity Framework Core, and it's not easy for me to work on issues and analyze them.

So this is a call to anyone who's interested contributing to this project. There's a big community of PostgreSQL EF6 users out there who need your help, and of course I'm still here to help wherever I can. Let me know by posting here, and feel free to look at the issue and PR lists and start working.
