Error generating EF model in VS2017 #149

Hi! I write this after #143 was resolved. Problem now is to make EF generate in VS2017. Steps 1 and 2 shown in image below do not produce error in VS2019 but does not work in VS2017. Nothing is shown in output window.

Software versions:
Database:
PostgreSQL 12.2

Developmnet environment:
Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017
Version 15.9.20

VS2017 Extentions:
Npgsql PostgreSQL Integration 4.1.1.2

Project packages:
EntityFramework 6.4.0
Npgsql 4.0.10
EntityFramework6.Npgsql 6.4.1
