Better authentication when (used in vscode) using python and python packages for kusto.

Ensure notebook works outside vscode, but when in vscode the experience should be better/best.

Improved auth
Better output (similar to azure data explorer)

Why?
Simple because of the benefits of jupiter, it's an industry standard.. build/stand on the shoulders of giants

.knb is good, but.ipynb is better
