GitHub repository does not link to the project website url

As part of our ongoing effort to ensure all the websites within the CNCF meet the CLOMonitor guidelines, we noticed that Notaryproject does not pass the website criteria on CLOMonitor.

To fix this:
Edit notaryproject/notary repository details

In the website section, add the link to the notary website

Once done, feel free to close this issue as CLOMonitor will recrawl the page and update accordingly.

Hi @thisisobate , this project has been inactive for a long time. We might work with other maintainers to start the archival process soon. Other active repositories are following the right practice and has a link to the website. Thanks

Will send a PR to the CLOMonitor repo to update Notary checks to the active repo instead.
