Since I use ympd as a lightweight MPD interface on a Raspberry Pi that outputs to a Snapcast sound synched home audio system I thought it would be nice to have it also be able to have a little control over the Snapserver from ympd as well. As a learning exercise I though I'd do it myself.
To this end I've managed to write the code to do it, and added an extra menu item up top to access it - a simple single page that lets you mute/unmute individual clients, as well as rename them.
Is this something that you'd want to add to ympd?
If so, I'll have to work out how to do that as well ... it's been quite enlightening so far! Please bear in mind that I'm not a programmer, so the code will probably make you wince.
Cheers!
