[Feat]: Fail if specified template does not exist

When we are running helm-docs with --template-files and pass a non existing path helm-docs should fail with No such file

Expected Behavior

helm-docs should fail and report that there is No such file

Current Behavior

helm-docs falls back to the default template

Context

We need to use alternative methods to assure our custom template exists
