Describe the feature

专利的申请号或公开号前两个字母标示了专利的国别，有明确资料可查，可用于补充元数据。

补充

目前的CSL标准要求place和country都填国家名。

csl是直接把国名原样输出吗？是的话我们需要按语言分别适配不同国家在不同语言的名称了

看起来应该是的，虽然CSL里面可以设置区域化，但是应该不至于强大到可以多语言互译

是的话我们需要按语言分别适配不同国家在不同语言的名称了

主流的语言弄一下就好了吧，不然这个数据量……n*n
