💚 어떤 기능인가요?

두번씩이나 이 거지같은 코드에 버려지다니

✅ To Dos

서버 통신 부분 확인 (캐싱 등.. )
recoil 지저분한 것 모두 selector로 만들어버리자
반복적인 부분 함수 처리
불필요한 코드, 주석 정리
태그 전체 삭제 기능 추가
자잘한 오류 고침
response로 가져오는 내용으로 카테고리 배열 수정
