Missing char in charset (need updating java-charset version)

Hi, in the pom on master we are still on version 1.0.1 on java charset.
Then it lacks some characters when reading STLs (like œ).
If you just update to 1.0.2 it's fine.

Done it on my repo (https://github.com/nomalab/subtitle/pull/4/files) here but can't publish maven repo on your orga (obviously).
