Hi - I was following these instructions:

Copy the file config/config.yaml into config/config-local.yaml in order to create
your own, private configuration.

Then was wondering if config/config-local.yaml was in .gitignore before copying it. Later I saw there was a separate .gitignore in the config directory. Just curious if this is common or your preference?
