Unable to scroll down to view the list of available models while a model is downloading.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the GPT4All v3.3.1 click on chat and install the model
2. Start downloading any of the models from the list and you can see that the model is downloading
3. While the model is downloading when you again try to scroll down to see the list of the model it automatically comes to the downloading model part within a second.

Expected Behavior

The expected behavior should be you can easily explore the list of other models without any comeback.

• Operating System: Windows 11 Home 23H2

This behavior is also present while using a chat model and the model is outputting text.

@Josh-Voyles I think it is a feature on that part but while downloading a particular model, the user needs to see the list of other models to compare.

I have the same problem, both in Win10 and 11! It's annoying

I don't know. I am not the one that opened the pull-request. I am not working on it.
