For arbtt to be on stackage it should support GHC 7.10

I’m confused. GHC 7.10 comes with base-4.8, right? arbtt 0.9.0.2 should support that, and if travis were not down right now, I think I could see that it builds there.

Oh, I see. I thought the list at the beginning of the linked ticked was current...
And my attempt to install arbtt failed because of a different cabal issue I just realized.

Disregard this issue, sorry for the inconvenience.
