debian install instructions incorrect #172

The Debian install instructions say:

arbtt is available both in Debian's and Ubuntu's repositories.

... but that's actually inaccurate: sid doesn't ship arbtt since July 2023... is there any hope of arbtt returning to debian?

Oh, that's unfortunate. There is always hope, it “just” needs a maintainer to keep it working, coordinating with the Debian Haskell Group as needed.
