Percent Abundance plot misses negative values #82

When assessing fold change groups for changes in abundance, output is in Log10 scale. This precludes plotting any negative abundance changes (meaning about half of my values are not plotted). In my opinion it would be better if this output was set to a raw scale rather than a Log scale to correct this. Otherwise CITRUS is awesome :)

Ah yes - definitely a bug. Will work on a fix.
