Add a section "Test environment" to the website

Add a section to the website which describes all the tecnologies (Lorawan, Beacon, Littlebits, Oculus, etc...) that are possibile to test in the FSLab

Hi @LucaMiotto and @useppi , I suppose the "test environment" will not be used anymore. Right?

Please consider that there is still the description and the button on the front page.

Will this be removed as well?

Good moring Patrick @ohnewein, yesterday Luca and I told about the same thing, but then we decided to currently keep this version until our next - let it call "Free Software Lab" sprintmeeting - with you.
Since you have already reported this back, we should maybe change it in the next step :-)
I'll keep this on the TODO list.
