Salesforce src package is incomplete #3

The system has a dependency on the ngForce package, which itself has a broken source. See Issue #17

noeticpenguin/ngForce#17

in addition to this, if you deploy the package as it, non of the pages render with version 31. of the api, missing dependencies etc.
