NearForm NodeSchool Chapter and NodeSchool sponsorship

Hello!
My name is Paula Paul, and I would like to start a nodeschool chapter to be maintained by the Developer Experience (DX) team at NearForm. I am @paulapaultweets on twitter and and the DX team technical sponsor and member of the OpenJS Foundation board. I will be co-organizing this chapter with @codyzu, @RafaelGSS, @ShogunPanda, and @marco-ippolito, who already offer training at events and for our customers and we would like to support this community.

We would like to have a chapter named nodeschool/nearform and are also interested in contributing directly to the nodeschool general content.
