Support for Gradle build cache #170

Currently all the tasks provided by the plugin are only checked for UP-TO-DATE and not cached to Gradle's build cache. Running the tasks provided by the plugin in a CI environment outputs:

> Task :frontend:npmSetup
Caching disabled for task ':frontend:npmSetup' because:
  Caching has not been enabled for the task
