angular-material button animates into initial closed state #19

Compare the angular-material demo against the original demo. In the original the button slides in gracefully, already in a closed state. In the angular-material demo, before the button slides in, you see the faint animation of the menu in an open state rushing to close itself in time.

Tested on OSX Safari and Chrome.

Also happens on mobile Chrome iOS.
