Change the "record" button appearence

Currently, as a user using the capture screen both in "photo" or "sequence" mode,
the record button is displayed in white.

I suggest to change the appearance depending on the status:

Photo recording available

Display a blue #1b4d71 round button inside a white one when launching the capture is possible :

Sequence recording available

Let's reverse the colour the other way around for a better visual understanding

The current progress bar is great. Please just change its colour to fit with the blue #1b4d71

GPS not granted

If the user did not allow the app access to the GPS position, use the GPS off icon coloured in red #ea4335ff and change the behaviour as detailed in this issue #85

GPS in acquisition

Currently, the button is light grey when the GPS is in the process of acquiring a position.
I suggest to use the "not listed location" button coloured in red #ea4335ff

GPS not precise enough yet

When the fix is acquired but the GPS position is not precise enough (>10m), then the user should NOT be able to take a picture.
In this case, display the "GPS fixed" icon coloured in red #ea4335ff. A specific issue gives more details.

For all these 3 states (not granted, in acquisition and not precise enough), we should make it clear that it's not possible to start recording. Therefore

1. the background is grey #bcbcbcff
2. the icon is blinking

Sequence capture is in progress

Add a white STOP icon inside the red button when capturing in sequence mode, as suggested on https://forum.geocommuns.fr/t/appli-mobile-panoramax/1521/35
