Automatic plots

Several plots in the data exploration tab (spatial, temporal, xy plots) load automatically and often use inappropriate columns from the primary table, which can slow the app down and cause errors. These should use a "run function" button that users can click after specifying how they would like to generate the plot (similar to how the fleet functions are implemented).
