Padding on hours should be removed

When the hour is <10 on the timepicker, it is automatically padded to 2 digits. However, because the bootstrap plugin is unaware of this padding, when clicking on the hour, only the first digit (the 0) is selected, making the date input buggy. See attached screenshot.
