Time shows seconds initially, even if I set the timepicker option "showSeconds" to false #192

Hello,

Could you please check this issue:

The time field shows seconds (like 12:00:00 AM) initially when page loaded, although I set "showSeconds" to false in timepicker options.

After I changed the time with timepicker, the seconds was gone. But they will show up again after page refresh.
