Add the possibility for the user to mark the report as uncertain

What would you like to see added in this software?

We propose the possibility for the user to mark the report as uncertain as a mitigation strategy to palliate intra-rater variability.
The idea is that the user can later come back to this report to make a final decision regarding its quality.
