Place under the viz module a reportlet generation tool, based on the comments here nipreps/dmriprep#144 (comment)

We'd like to have some of the following:

  1. Registration to anatomical before/after emc.
  2. TSNR maps before/after and/or mean signal per pixel.
  3. Time-series of registration parameters (i.e., xyz translation, rotation, shears...?).

I think the proper home for this is NiReports now, moving there.
