Run scripts during CI

What would you like to see added in this software?

Scripts should be run during the CI, even if with some simple/toy data, otherwise they may simply be broken.

Would avoid e.g. bugs like the one in #41.

At the very least (or as a first step) the help command should be called on the scripts in testing.

This may require some thinking/refactoring as the scripts have a relatively long name (especially those that I myself have created 😅), and since we have a single test folder at the root of the project, filenames can become too long.
