I'm trying to find a way to revert files that have been preprocessed with fMRIPrep back to their raw format. For example, the UCLA dataset is only available preprocessed with fMRIPrep.
I want to analyze the raw files, so I need to revert them. Is there a method to do this, maybe using confounds data or something similar?
