From e12b4adbd34a30acd35ace44819156222f6d2591 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Oscar Esteban Date: Mon, 25 Oct 2021 14:26:45 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] MAINT: Use the base ``nipreps/miniconda`` image This should ease the issues we are having with some dependencies (esp. hdf5) as well as make the building process more standardized across nipreps.
