通过配置自动化测试流水线完成测试，主要是：

命令行参数的测试
CloudBuild的测试（基本功能的验证测试、典型项目列表的回归测试）
ShareBuild的测试（基本功能的验证测试、典型项目列表的回归测试）

https://github.com/ninja-cloudbuild/ninja2/actions 有了一些基本的CI测试，需要完善单元测试、功能测试等整个回归测试体系
