Since gazelle has started to support Bzlmod, any plan to support Bzlmod?

I was not planning on doing this. If you want to extend and submit PR I would be more than happy to merge. @weidonglian

@nikunjy I've opened #16. I am not sure if you want to bump the version, but I thought 2.0.0 made sense for this.
