Brief description of what was accomplished with this project

We continued our work and discussion on how TestKraken, a testing framework, could be improved to support AFNI testing. Right now the testing supports:

• running an AFNI command in multiple environments and comparing the output to the reference output by using python based tests
• running a list of workflows/AFNI commands and tests within each environment (e.g. https://github.com/ReproNim/testkraken/blob/b64deb8fd58a19fc2a34cdfdef501858480c7e7c/workflows4regtests/afni_dc2019/3dcopy/parameters.yaml)

Next steps:

• allowing for parameterizations of tests depending on the input
• using datalad to get all data needed for input and comparison
• allowing for more complicated tests that compares output of multiple commands/workflows
