How to add a niflow from a new contributor? #4

I received an email from someone wanting to contribute to nipype1-workflows. I would like to encourage them to create a new niflow. A few approaches:

Suggest they use the niflow-manager to create a new project in their own user and then ask to transfer it to niflows
Ask for the niflow name, create the repository and make them an owner of it
Ask for their GitHub and make them a member of the organization so they can create the repository themselves
