Strip plugin jar

The plugin jar is generated using the maven assembly plugin. Using a dependency set the dependencies of the plugin are included. Several libraries that already ship with Neo4j are excluded.

It may be possible to exclude more libraries or to switch to an inclusional approach to further slim down the jar file.
