Tech Debt

  • Automate the stubs in sample_measurement in the example directory to prevent them from becoming outdated.
  • update the build to check whether the protobuf codegen is out of date.

@Jotheeswaran-Nandagopal For this one, it's ok to hardcode the call to python -m grpc_tools.protoc ... in check_examples.yml
