Describe the feature request

It would be nice to have the production config.json stored in the repo for reference.

Affected product area (please put an X in all the brackets that apply)

[ ] Documentation
[ ] Data access
[x] Infrastructure
[x] Loader pipeline
[ ] Other (please describe)

Additional context

It is always possible to retrieve it from the S3 bucket, but having a checked in version would be generally helpful for transparency

Discussed internally, and the best place to store that file is in its place in the production S3 bucket. But more documentation on how to set it up and use it should be added to improve on usage as well.
