Christopher Reading is listed as the maintainer in the DESCRIPTION file. Is this still correct?

@tomjemmett @chrismainey this is a good question as @chrisreading01 has been busy and not able to respond to queries, particularly in Slack. NHS-R Community can be listed as cph like https://github.com/nhs-r-community/NHSRwaitinglist/blob/861cf52f64a70b43e8293c052cb325d711bf66a4/DESCRIPTION#L13 but we still need a named person for maintenance. I'm happy for my name to be on packages but can only act as person to field questions as I don't know the workings of the package 🙂
