I'm not sure how to remove this note but it's not appearing on NHSRwaitinglist package which has the same.

Found the following hidden files and directories:
    .all-contributorsrc
  These were most likely included in error. See section 'Package
  structure' in the 'Writing R Extensions' manual.

Ah, I ask the question and then spot it's in the buildignore (from NHSRwaitinglist)
