redfish-finder only support USB net device [1]. Need to support PCI/PCIe net device.

If you have a system with a pci based host interface to test on, I'd welcome a patch

Hi @nhorman , I have tested with a Mockup system with smbios type 42 for PCI/PCIe net device and created a PR for review #7
