📣 New Contributing Guide

There is a lot of more specific information in the Contributing documentation.
From the project configuration, there is a way to run and contribute to the example project according to the lerna environment.

Since this open source is available worldwide, we have designated the default language to be used in English. I hope you understand. And we communicate through Github discussions and issues. Please use an appropriate board.

• Discussion: It is used when to Notice, Question, Feature Request, and Need discussion.
• Issues: It is used to report the bug and write specific specifications when actual features need to be developed based on the discussions.
